The victim, who is 34, was shot multiple times.
He testified he and Snow had just returned from a trip to Kelowna when Snow appeared in the hallway with a shotgun and shot him in the abdomen, left forearm, shoulder and back.
Snow testified someone else in the trailer was holding a gun and he ran out, then heard gunshots and saw the victim run toward his neighbour’s house.
Judge Gordon Yake said there was enough reasonable doubt on the evidence as a whole to render a not guilty verdict.
