Man sought in alleged attack on female cyclist in Toronto

Toronto police are seeking a man they allege pulled a woman off her bike by her hair then assaulted and robbed her earlier this month.

Police say it happened just before 9 p.m. on Nov. 1 (in the College Street and Spadina Avenue area).

They say the man made a comment as the 25-year-old woman rode past him, then chased her down.

He is described as black, between 25 and 30 years old, five feet nine inches tall, with a slim build.
