When they arrived on scene at 627 Langside Street, the fire had spread to the rear of a home, according to Platoon Chief Doug Martin.

Three people had been inside the home but got out safely before crews arrived. A dog was still trapped in the home but was rescued by firefighters.

No one was injured in the fire. Damage and cause of the fire are still unknown.
