KELOWNA – The suspect in a commercial break-and-enter was found in a camper van parked in the lot at Kelowna City Hall.
Police say multiple items worth more than $5000 were stolen Sunday morning from an Ellis Street business after someone got into the building through the roof.

The investigation identified a suspect who was located Monday morning inside the van.
Police say the 34-year-old man was in possession of some of the property stolen from the business.
Fernando Verde was expected to make a court appearance Monday on unspecified charges.
