WINNIPEG — There are plenty of eyes on Winnipeg’s weather these days.
The Heritage Classic that is taking place outdoors this weekend have many keeping their fingers crossed for mild weather.
Not just here, but those visiting from across North America.
The good news is warmer weather is on the way.
A warm front will begin to move into the province Friday which means we could see a chance of showers.

In the meantime, we’ll be stuck in a cloudy, cool pattern for another day.

On the bright side we are still looking at a greater chance of showers than snow at this point.
This time last year, our weather was pretty much the same.
On Oct. 24, 2015 we hit 11.1 C.. Sunday was a bit cooler with a high of 7 C.
