Ward 7 stretches across much of north Regina. It sits between McIntosh Street and Winnipeg Street, as well as north of First Avenue.
The neighbourhoods are around 50-years-old stretching from Regent Park and Normanview in the west to City View and Churchill Downs in the east.

The ward is home to Thom Collegiate and the shopping district along Albert Street North, including the Northgate Mall.
In 2012, voters in Ward 7 reelected Sharron Bryce for her fourth term as councillor with 59.8 per cent of the vote.
