Police seek witnesses after man killed in Mississauga underground parking lot

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help after a 31-year-old man was found dead in a parking lot in Mississauga, Ont.

Peel police say the victim, identified as Nam Huu Pham of Toronto, met with an unidentified suspect in an underground garage at a condominium building on Wednesday afternoon.

They say the suspect assaulted the victim and took off in a vehicle.

Police say Pham collapsed a short distance away and rescue workers weren’t able to revive him.

They say the cause of death is “consistent with an edged weapon attack.”

Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have been in the area at the time.
