MONTREAL – Police are looking for potential victims of a suspect recently arrested in Montreal for voyeurism and stalking.
On October 2, while at Côte-des-Neiges metro, three young women noticed a man who seemed to be trying to photograph under the skirt of one of the girls with a camera hidden in a brown bag.

The man then headed approached a group of high school girls.
The suspect then boarded a city bus after being chased by several young men who witnessed his activity. The driver called police while citizens held the suspect.
Officers called to the scene then arrested 48-year-old Manuel Franco.
Police have good reason to believe that others may have been victims of this suspect, as Franco admitted to investigators that he has been engaged in this activity for the past few years.
