TORONTO – Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) has signed a deal to buy education software company Computer Software Innovations Inc. for $15 million in cash.
Under the deal announced Tuesday, Constellation’s N. Harris Computer Corp. subsidiary will pay $1.10 in cash for each Computer Software Innovations share.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
Constellation shares were down 15 cents at $104.44 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday morning.
