BRANDON, Man. – RCMP say a 31-year-old soldier in Manitoba has been arrested on bestiality and other charges.
The man is posted at Canadian Forces Base Shilo.
Police say they received a complaint last month that a man had solicited a woman through a dating website to participate in bestiality.

Mounties investigated with the help of military police, and a search warrant was carried out at a man’s home near Brandon where computers were seized.
The suspect is also charged under the Criminal Code with procuring and circulating obscene matter.
He was released on strict conditions pending a court appearance at a later date.
Police say he will not be identified to protect the victim and members of his family.
