Police found through video surveillance that the alleged suspect left a pair of robberies in August on rollerblades.

On Aug. 21, there was report to police of a robbery at a gas station in the 15700-block of Fraser Highway at about 8:55 p.m. The suspect, according to Surrey RCMP, threatened the female gas attendant with a large knife before robbing the store and fleeing the scene northbound on 157th Street.

The male suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 25 to 30-years old, about 5’8″ tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black hoodie with white markings, blue jeans, beige ball cap, sunglasses and rollerblades.

After investigating the robbery, Surrey RCMP believe the same suspect may have committed another robbery the day before in the same area.

On Aug. 20, a robbery at a bakery in the 15500-block of Fraser Highway was reported at about 4:50 p.m. The young male suspect threatened staff with a knife before robbing the bakery. The physical description of the suspect was the same and this time he was wearing a white t-shirt with green on it, grey shorts, sunglasses and rollerblades.
