The fire burning near Peachland is 100 per cent contained and now in the mop-up stage.
The fire which was first spotted burning near McCall creek Friday afternoon grew to almost two hectares while crews were trying to get a handle on it.
At its peak, about two dozen B.C. Wildfire personnel were working on the fire.
Air tankers dropped retardant around the perimeter while a helicopter and four skimmers doused hot spots.
Fire Information Officer Rachel Witt says there are now seven firefighters left mopping up.
No air support was needed on Saturday.
Witt says while the wind is something to be aware of, cooler temperatures are assisting the firefighting efforts.
