Police in Halifax are investigating after a man reportedly took a photo of an 11-year-old boy in the stall next to him in a washroom at a mall.
Investigators say the incident allegedly happened on Monday at Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth and the man was detained by mall security.
Police say his cell phone was seized and a search warrant was later executed at a Middle Sackville home, where a computer and other electronic devices were seized.
The 31-year-old man has been released from custody, but police say the investigation is ongoing.
They say charges are anticipated, but have not yet been laid.
