Toronto police say they have three people in custody following a shooting in Scarborough that sent one man to hospital overnight.
Officers responded to a call just before midnight near a row of townhouses in the area of Midland Ave. and Ellesmere Rd. where they located a male with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Police say they managed to apprehend three suspects and seized two firearms.
There’s no word yet on the motive for the shooting and the investigation is ongoing.
The age and identity of the injured man has not been released.
