Montreal police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a stabbing last weekend that sent a 19-year-old security guard to hospital in critical condition.
The security guard was injured while on duty at a pharmacy in downtown Montreal last Saturday.

According to police, the victim followed the suspect out of the store after he was seen shoplifting and was stabbed while chasing him down.
The suspect, Hicham Chaouby, 43, appeared in court Thursday to face charges of aggravated assault, armed robbery, theft of less than $5,000 and possession of stolen goods.
