Burnaby RCMP officers are investigating after a car crashed into a SkyTrain pillar and sent two people to hospital early this morning.
The accident happened at about 1:30 a.m. this morning and when police arrived they found the two occupants of the car outside their vehicle with minor injuries.

Investigators say they are not ruling out impaired driving as the cause of the crash and may launch a criminal investigation.
Engineers are now checking the structural integrity of the pillar that was hit.
SkyTrain service has not be impacted by the accident.
