Opera review: Rigoletto

You know what they say about karma.

It’s got a nasty rebound at times, it does. We all know it; even a 16th century Italian court jester like Rigoletto knows it, though he understands the concept in a different way. Cursed by a nobleman for his cynical actions, the hunchbacked fool then watches as the only person he truly loves suffers for them.
