EDITOR’S NOTE: Toronto police say a subsequent investigation has led them to withdraw a charge of committing an indecent act in a public place against Michael Owen Williams. He remains charged with mischief interfere with property and threaten bodily harm.
Police believe there may be more victims after a 54-year-old man was allegedly caught exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl at a public pool in Etobicoke.
Toronto police say the incident happened on Wednesday in the area of Mimico Avenue and Lakeshore Boulevard West.
Michael Owen Williams, 54, of Toronto, has been charged with commit an indecent act in a public place, mischief interfere with property and threaten bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
