Missing Garden Hill First Nation resident believed to be in Winnipeg

WINNIPEG — Selkirk police are asking the public for help to locate a missing man from Garden Hill First Nation, Man.

RCMP said Derwin Beardy, 45, was reported missing June 26, and police believe he could be in Winnipeg. He has not been in contact with family or friends since last being seen June 3 in Selkirk.

He is described as 5’11, 154 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes, and is known to frequent shelters.
