A 40-year-old Amherst man has been killed in an ATV collision.
Around 2 p.m. on Friday, July 1, the driver and a passenger were travelling in the ATV on Highway 6 in Truemanville, N.S.

The driver was attempting to turn into a driveway when he lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle struck a tree and rolled, throwing the driver out of the ATV.
The driver was uninjured but the passenger was seriously injured and died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
Cumberland District RCMP are investigating the collision.
