RCMP have arrested a second man in relation to the death of Tilley, N.B., man Wayne Rattray.
Police arrested a 27-year-old man on Monday at a home in Three Brooks, south of Plaster Rock.

The man is scheduled to appear in Woodstock provincial court on Tuesday. Police have not said what charges the man is facing.
Rattray’s remains were found on an island in the Renous River on May 21. He was reported missing on March 2.
Rattray’s truck was found burned just off Highway 109 in Three Brooks on March 7.
Police arrested 28-year-old Andrew Hudnut on June 14. He has been charged with first-degree murder.
