Low- and middle-income families in New Brunswick are eligible for the tax repayments.

This October, two quarterly payments will be paid covering July through December. Next year the payments will be divvied up quarterly.

The CRA will administer the payments by adding it to the federal GST/HST credit payments now received by eligible residents.

The full HST credit will be paid to those with an income of less than $35,000 a year. Individuals with an income of less than $50,000 and families with a combined income of less than $75,000 could also receive the payments.
