Bomb threat called into Jack MacKenzie Elementary School

REGINA – Regina police are investigating a bomb threat that was called into Jack MacKenzie Elementary School and St. Gabriel School on Wednesday morning.

At 9:49 a.m., police were told about a bomb threat that Jack MacKenzie Elementary School. Both Jack MacKenzie Elementary School and St. Gabriel School were put into a secure-the-building protocol.

Police did a sweep of the school and did not find anything suspicious. The secure-the-building protocol was lifted at 11:00 a.m.
