CALGARY – A 28-year-old man is facing a long list of charges relating to a number of indecent acts across south Calgary, the most recent of which happened Monday.
Investigators said the incidents happened this year between March 8 and May 9.
According to police, the man was seen masturbating inside an older-model tan Subaru while parked outside of a number of locations.

The dates and location of the incidents were:
- At approximately 4:20 p.m. on March 8 outside a toy store located at 16061 Macleod Trail S.E.
- March 12 outside a book store located at 200 Shawnessy Blvd S.E.
- May 2 outside a grocery store located at 2335 162 Ave S.W.
- May 4 outside a maternity clothing store located at 303 Shawville Blvd S.E.
- At approximately 5:30 p.m. on May 6 outside a registries office located at 250 Shawville Blvd S.E.
- At approximately 6 p.m. on May 9 outside a dance studio located at 2525 Bridlecrest Way S.W.
In all cases, the man fled the scene when he realized he was being watched.
The suspect was arrested without incident on Monday, and is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
Andrew Mitchell Durant is charged with six counts of committing an indecent act and six counts of violating a court order.
Police said the investigation is ongoing, and more charges are pending.
