Police investigating, neighbours worried after Regina man dies in early evening hours – May 11, 2016

REGINA – Regina police say the death of a 37-year-old man on Tuesday night was a homicide.

Regina police were called to the 1300 block of Elphinstone Street around 7:30 p.m. on May 10 for reports of someone injured.

The injured man was found collapsed on the sidewalk.

EMS transported the man to hospital where he was confirmed dead.

Police have identified the man as 37-year-old Wilburn Albert Campbell. Campbell was from Regina.

The family has been notified of Campbell’s death and the coroner has scheduled an autopsy to try and determine the cause of his death.

This is Regina’s third homicide of 2016.
