WINNIPEG — An overnight fire has caused serious damage to a home in River Heights.
Around midnight, fire crews were dispatched to the 300 block of Montrose Street for reports of a house fire.

Crews managed to knock the fire down and there were no reported injuries.
According to fire officials, the blaze caused $100,000 in damage. The investigation into the cause remains under investigation.
Fire officials say the fire is not suspicious in nature.
