ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Zack Greer scored five goals to lead the Saskatchewan Rush over the Rochester Knighthawks 13-9 on Saturday night in National Lacrosse League action. Ben McIntosh added a pair of goals for the Rush (13-5). Brett Mydske, Curtis Knight, Jarrett Davis, Ryan Dilks, Dan Taylor and Mark Matthews rounded out the attack.
Joe Resetarits, Stephen Keogh and Cody Jamieson all struck twice for Rochester (6-11). Dan Dawson, Brad Self and Josh Gillam had the others.
Aaron Bold stopped 35 shots for the win in net. Matt Vinc kicked out 34 of 46 shots in defeat. Backup Angus Goodleaf played just under two minutes of relief and allowed the lone shot he faced to get past him.
Saskatchewan was 3 for 6 on the power play, with the Knighthawks converting on both of their opportunities with the man advantage.

The defending champions Rush enter the playoffs as the top seed in the west and No. 2 overall in the NLL.
They are back in action the weekend of May 13 when they will face either the Calgary Roughnecks or the Colorado Mammoth in Game 1 of the West Division Finals.
Game 2 in the series takes place at 7:30 p.m. CT Saturday, May 21 at SaskTel Centre.
