KELOWNA — Kelowna is the first city in the province to get a UFC Gym, known for combining mixed martial arts with conventional fitness.
The UFC Gym is located within the Steve Nash Fitness Centre in the Orchard Plaza Shopping Centre.

The gym offers several classes like Daily Ultimate Training, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu.
“The best athletes in the world right now are mixed martial arts fighters,” says Emre Ozgur, Director of UFC Gym in B.C., “so you get to train like a champion have a lot of fun doing it and also know how to defend yourself.”
Ozgur says right now, membership at the UFC Gym is 60 per cent women.
Youth classes are also available.
