Planned power outage in Wolseley neighbourhood Friday morning

WINNIPEG — Residents in the Wolseley neighbourhood could be getting ready for school and work in the dark Friday morning.

Manitoba Hydro has announced a planned power outage. The affected area extends from Garfield Street west to Raglan Road and from Portage Avenue south to the Assiniboine River.

The outage is scheduled to take place from 7 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. to allow workers to complete routine maintenance.
