Talley, 26, appeared in four games over two seasons with the New York Giants but did not register a catch. He’s six-feet-one inches tall and weighs in at 195 pounds.

Talley was originally signed by New York in 2012 but was cut in training camp. After playing one season with the Pittsburgh Power of the Arena Football League, he returned to the Giants. Talley split time between the Giants practice roster and active roster from 2013-2015. He also dressed in the pre-season where he had two catches for 22 yards in 2012 and seven receptions for 98 yards in 2013.
