A Kelowna woman heads to Vancouver next week for an organ transplant and will be coming back with a new kidney thanks to a complete stranger. Caroline Lopes was about to begin regular dialysis and was looking at a seven-year wait for a new kidney but stranger Jeanne Usen has offered one of her kidneys with no strings attached.
