Environment Canada has issued a humidex advisory for most of central Saskatchewan.
Temperatures are forecast to rise into the low 30’s today.
Elevated humidity levels will combine with the high temperatures to give a humidex value of 40 or higher in the afternoon and early evening.

EC says the high humidex value will make for uncomfortable conditions and is advising people to stay indoors in an air conditioned place or seek shade when possible.
