The man reportedly followed a delivery driver into the restaurant and waited for him to leave before helping himself to a snack.

Cameras captured the hungry intruder struggling to turn on the grills, and even walking around with a cup of fountain pop.

At one point the man is even recorded speaking on his cell phone while he prepared his meal.

The Metropolitan Police Department said the man also stole a bottle of water.
