People from across the country are coming together in Langford to remember a fallen Mountie.
Sarah Beckett was killed in the line of duty and a vigil was held on Sunday to remember her.
Almost 3,000 mourners, including police officers, gathered to honour the 32-year-old, who died last week after her police cruiser was t-boned by a truck in Langford.

The group walked from the crash site to Veterans Memorial Park to hold the vigil.
“It really hits home with everybody,” said retired RCMP Staff Sgt. Danny Willis. “A lot of members start to second guess what they signed up for, but events like this show, yeah this is what we signed up for, the community does care.”
