Police are seeking the public’s help locating the male driver of a Mercedes following a fatal hit-and-run in Scarborough Thursday night.
A 56-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene after she was allegedly struck by a vehicle around 9:46 p.m. at Markham Road and Nashdene Road.
Police say the male driver stopped, exited his vehicle, then got back in and fled the scene.
The vehicle is described as dark with front-end damage.
Police are asking residents and business owners in the area who may have security video to come forward.
