SALMON ARM–Salmon Arm RCMP are hoping the public can help them find a bank robbery suspect.

The Bank of Montreal, located in the 200-block of the Trans Canada Highway in Salmon Arm was robbed on Wednesday afternoon.

RCMP say just before 2:30 p.m. a man entered the bank and approached a teller.

He produced a note and told the teller to give him money or “there would be trouble.”

The teller handed over some cash and the man fled towards the Trans Canada Highway.

No weapon was produced.

The suspect’s image was captured on surveilance.

He was wearing a white wig under a cap, and had dark hair protruding from underneath the wig.
