Boundaries: St. Paul is located in southeastern Manitoba. The riding is bordered by Selkirk, Gimli and Lakeside to the north, La Verendyre to the east, Dawson trail to the south, and Lakeside, Morris and the city of Winnipeg to the west. Communities in the riding include the Rural Municipality of East St. Paul, Oakbank, Birds Hill and Dugald.
Last Election: PC’s Schuler won his fourth term, defeating the NDP candidate by more than 2,000 votes, 59 to 37 per cent.
History: St. Paul was created by electoral redistribution in 2008 mostly out of the old Springfield riding. Since 1986, it has been held by the Tories.
