Manitoba Moose call up forward Ben Walker

Russ Hobson / Global News

WINNIPEG — After losing another player to the Winnipeg Jets on the weekend, the Manitoba Moose recalled forward Ben Walker.

Walker, 22, appeared in four games with the Moose earlier this season. He failed to record a point while garnering four penalty minutes. In 36 games with the East Coast Hockey League’s Tulsa Oilers Walkers has seven goals and four assists.

All the Jets injuries have also decimated the Moose lineup. Matt Halischuk, Nic Petan, JC Lipon, Scott Kosmachuk and Chase De Leo have all been called up in the last month.
