Almost 25 thousand people signed an online petition to let the province remain on Daylight Savings Time year-round.
The petition was handed to the province, and it’s creator, Bob Dieno from Kamloops, met with his local MLAs.
Dieno was assured that the MLAs would move ahead with discussions about the issue in the legislature, but so far nothing has changed.
