KELOWNA – It was bad enough that a Kelowna man accidentally shot himself.
Now he’s facing criminal charges as a result.
It was last June when RCMP attended to a home on the 500 block of Clement Avenue.

Police say a 20-year-old man was handling a gun when it discharged a bullet into his leg.
The man’s friends provided first-aid until ambulance paramedics arrived and he was rushed to hospital.
Dylan James Daniel Higgott is charged with three gun offenses, including possessing a loaded restricted firearm.
