Bronwyn Eyre of the Sask. Party has won the Saskatoon Stonebridge-Dakota riding with 6,509 votes beating out the NDP’s Steve Jimbo who got 2,293 votes.
Summary: An urban/rural mixed riding, Saskatoon Stonebridge-Dakota is a new riding for the 2016 provincial election.
Boundaries: The riding composition includes Saskatoon’s Stonebridge and The Willows neighbourhoods, the rural communities of Dundurn, Clavet, Bradwell and Elstow, and the Whitecap-Dakota First Nation.

History: This is the first time the riding will be contested in a Saskatchewan election. Much of the riding is part of the old Saskatoon Southeast riding, which has voted for Saskatchewan Party candidates in the last two elections.
