“Luck,” Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Daniel Tutko told WFLA News.
The officer’s police dash camera captured 21-year-old Ryan Fleury driving the wrong way right past him along the shoulder of the highway on Monday.

Fleury had driven about 10 kilometres before he passed Tutko and managed to drive about another 10 km the wrong way before being stopped by police.
Police said that Fleury was charged with DUI, obstruction and fleeing to elude. His blood alcohol test showed him 3.5 times above the legal limit.
No one was injured in the incident.
