You can go online and fill out a form to compliment good taxi service, complain about poor service, a fare dispute or even the condition of the cab.

Filling in the online form from a mobile device allows Calgarians to compliment service or lodge complaints immediately.
It’ll give the city the necessary information to take steps if necessary.
The city receives about 500 complaints a year.
On average, taxi inspectors and officials issue about 1,900 warnings and 60 summons, and conduct around 40 licence review hearings a year.
