Seven teens and two adults are facing numerous charges after an investigation into break-ins at cabins in the Jackfish Lake, Sask. area. Mounties say the break-ins occurred over the past few months.

Police say they recovered several firearms along with stolen vehicles and other property.

The seven youth, between the ages of 12 and 17, and the two adults, 19 and 20, are all from the Moosomin First Nation near Cochin.

They are facing a combined 81 charges, which include break and enter to residences, theft of motor vehicles, unauthorized possession of firearms and failing to comply with court orders.

All nine have been released from custody with conditions pending their first scheduled appearances in North Battleford provincial court.
