SASKATOON – Coming to you live from Riversdale. “Your Neighbourhood” means another live outing as Global Saskatoon takes its Evening News on the road.
Catch Global Saskatoon personalities sharing news, weather and sports stories, streamed live on Wednesday as we celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Starting at 6 p.m. CT, we start our show from the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market where we’ll be joined by a Chinese dance troupe who will perform for our audience.

The show will be jam-packed with information about Saskatoon’s Chinese community, stories on the history of Chinese immigration to the city and the importance of sharing culture. Live interviews to give us insight into the upcoming celebration and the Year of the Monkey – 2016.
