Spring in February? Warm weather has Toronto forgetting winter

It’s been a mild winter for Torontonians who have been enjoying record-breaking temperatures.

Residents in southern Ontario could see temperatures reach double digits today, a record not broken since 1991 when it was 9.3C on February 3.

The unseasonably warm temperatures have meant a decline in business for some companies who depend on selling winter products.

One local hardware store owner said he didn’t even bother to stock up on salt this winter, predicting his customers wouldn’t have a need to buy it.
