An Australian woman has posted a touching video of her newborn twins, clutching each other’s hands as they lie on their father’s chest.

Kristian and Kristiana Jackson-Rushford were born Jan. 4. They were 11 weeks premature and weighed about a kilogram each.

The twins’ mother, Anthea Jackson-Rushford, posted the heart-warming video online, where it has gone viral.

She has been documenting the twins’ journey on her social media pages and the couple, who live in Victoria, Australia, have received messages of support from around the world. Kristian and Kristiana are reportedly doing well.

On Facebook, Jackson-Rushford wrote, “Just informing our dear friends and family that Glen and I delivered our two little cherubs last night and they are doing fine!”

“They were eager to get here quite before their due date and they did exactly that!”
