TORONTO — A man has been taken into custody after a window was smashed at a Toronto bakery offering free tickets to the US$1.5 billion Powerball lottery jackpot.
Police spokeswoman Caroline de Kloet says the man is facing four charges including mischief after the incident at World Class Bakers on Wednesday.
The bakery is giving away tickets for anyone spending at least $20 on baked goods.
