VANCOUVER – There is one winning ticket for the $7-million jackpot in Saturday night’s Lotto 6-49 draw.
The ticket was sold somewhere in the Welland, Ont., area.

The Lotto 6-49 grand prize was last won Jan. 2, when a ticket worth $23.8-million was held by someone in Quebec.
