WINNIPEG — Hay bales that fell onto the road, caused a temporarily closure on Portage Avenue Thursday evening.
Reports from the scene said the hay bales fell off a truck, which caused the vehicle to crash under the old rail bridge next to the Empress Street overpass.
The scene has since been cleared.
